Bladder Prolapse Exercises
Bladder Prolapse also called Cystocele or Anterior Wall Prolapse, occurs when the bladder shifts out of its optimal position and bulges into the anterior wall of the vagina.
The pelvic floor muscles play a key role in supporting the pelvic organs - the bladder, the uterus and the rectum. Pelvic floor exercises can help to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles, which can help reduce symptoms and may play a role in preventing the progression of prolapse.
